This is a truly gorgeous and unique cake. It is filled with cranberries and apricots, ground almonds and due to yogurt, banana and olive oil instead of the usual butter, it has a lovely texture. In case you are not a banana fan, fear not, the taste does not come through, but if you are not convinced, I can leave the banana out.
And if you wonder, the cake got its name from a dear friend who passed the recipe down to me, so I wanted to honour her!
