After years of tip-toeing around the iconic British Christmas bake, I finally took the plunge - I simply had to, if I wanted to stay true to my mission of bringing German and British bakes together!
So after a lot of research and trial cakes, I have landed on a version that ticks all the boxes. It is incredibly fruity and moist, yet not heavy.
A vegan or just egg-free version is available, too. Just mention it in the comments when ordering!
