These are the same as my carrot cake, just in a smaller version as cupcake! They are incredibly moist and packed with raisins, walnuts and warming spices, topped with a rich buttercream frosting.
Ingredients: Vegetable Oil, Flour (gluten), Brown Sugar, Icing Sugar, Carrots, Eggs (eggs), Walnuts (nuts), Butter (dairy), Vanilla Bean Paste, Baking Powder, Bicarb of Soda, Cinnamon, Mixed Spice, Salt.
