If you like bagels, but are put off by huge ingredients' lists on shop-bought ones, then these are your new favourites!
Made with nothing but flour, water, yeast, butter, salt, and seeds - and time. Lots of time.
The overnight proof means only a tiny amount of yeast is needed which makes the bagels highly digestible and a true feast for your gut.
But most importantly: they are just yummie!
They freeze perfectly well, making them a great staple for any ad-hoc bread cravings!
As with all my bakes, I can mix and change flour types or do different toppings, just let me know!
Ingredients:
Organic Strong White Flour (gluten), Yeast, Butter (dairy), Salt, Poppy and Sesame Seeds (sesame).
Can be made vegan.
