Einkorn (German for “one grain”) is one of the oldest grains. It has an incredibly nutty taste and this loaf combines it with Canadian white bread flour which is superior to most standard white bread flours. Topped with some oats, this is a bread you will not find anywhere else. Try it and be convinced! Suitable for freezing.
