Traditional German Stollen – 3 Sizes

This a deliciously rich and buttery fruit cake filled with brandy-soaked raisins and currants, plenty of almonds, lemon and orange peel, with a marzipan centre and finished off with vanilla and a blend of Christmas spices. 

Stollen goes a long way, so Bentley Bakes offers three sizes, Mini Stollen, the Family Stollen or a medium-sized one.

The recipe is naturally egg-free, and it can be done vegan and without alcohol, on request, too.

Flour (gluten), Butter (dairy), Raisins, Currants, Mixed Peel (sulphur dioxide), Almonds (nuts), Marzipan (nuts), Caster Sugar, Milk (dairy), Icing Sugar, Vanilla Sugar, Brandy, Yeast, Cinnamon, Salt.
